The Founder, Blessed Hope Foundation and a popular philanthropist, Mrs Titilayo Eboh, said for the 21st century women to be successful she must be mentally and psychologically equipped to handle the day to day management of the home front.
Eboh who was recently honoured with the Top flyers Iconic Philanthropist women of the year award for her charity work spoke at the International Federation of Women Lawyers, FIDA, conference held in Lokoja, Kogi state capital.
In a paper presented at the event with the theme, (100 women in the 21st Century), noted that it is pertinent for today’s woman to move with the current reality of the changing world to succeed in her chosen endeavour.
While thanking the organizers for extending an invitation to her to be part of the occasion said managing a successful home requires proper coordination and direction.
In her words, “ Iam a wife, mother, an employer, business owner and a woman of God. Managing the home front, the 100 percent woman is the home manager and she knows that the success of the home depends on her ability to adequately coordinate the affairs of her home.
“She makes sure the home structure runs smoothly without having any external activity that can affect her total control of her home. She structures the home in a way that her works and other activities will not be a hindrance to the smooth flow.
“The home is the foundation and our first responsibility in society. It is our most important job, imagine the home as a company, women are the managers.
She also used the opportunity to visit the sick at kogi State specialist hospital where she personally distributed some food items and cash to the patients on admission.
Mrs Titilayo also graced the opening ceremony of FIDA week accompanied by her husband Chief Livinus Eboh among other dignitaries in the legal profession.
